Ten books is a lot of content to fill, would this be suitably ‘new’ enough to keep me interested? Would it be as I remembered? Stay tuned to find out! So these books have a happy little place in my heart and when I got the opportunity to read book ten I was cautiously excited. Fun story! The first Skulduggery Pleasant book actually came out when I was about twelve? I read it as part of a judging panel for the Hampshire book award when I was in school and the main thing I can remember about the whole experience was the orange spray on the pages coming off on my fingers and me wiping it on my friend’s face.
